If you're using the Workshare desktop app, mobile apps or my.workshare.com, add these domain names and ports as an exception or whitelist them in your firewall:

- Port 443 (HTTPS protocol)

However, Workshare supports custom storage and custom domain names, and we're unable to include those names in this list. This
means your users won’t be able to access any files that other Workshare customers with custom storage have shared with them. To enable your users to view files that one of these customers has shared, ask that customer to give you their storage details so you can add them to your whitelist.
