Note: This will only affect you if you've upgraded directly from Workshare 5.2 to Workshare 7.
  1. Open the command prompt window:
    1. Click Start.
    2. Select All Programs.
    3. Select Accessories.
    4. Right-click Command Prompt.
    5. Select Run as an administrator.
  2. Manually register the Redemption.dll file:
    1. In 32-bit environments: regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Interwoven\Worksite\Outlook\Redemption.dll"
    2. In 64-bit environments: regsvr32 "C:\Program Files (x86)\Interwoven\Worksite\Outlook\Redemption.dll"
