Error: Your license has expired

When you open Workshare for the first time, you may be prompted with a message that says your license has expired. This is the error you'll see:
 


Your license has expired

To use Workshare 9, you need to have a valid license.

Click the button below to purchase your license. If you have already purchased a license, please click refresh to validate it.
 

Purchase a new license

To purchase a new license, click the "Purchase now" button that appears in the error message or visit our website. When you complete your purchase, your license information will be automatically refreshed and you'll have access to Workshare.

Refresh your license

If you've purchased a new license and you're seeing this message, select the "click refresh" option that appears in the error message. When you're prompted to log in, do so.

Workshare no longer uses authentication codes or .LIC files for licensing. Now licensing is as simple as signing in.

If you continue to receive the message even after you have entered your login details, follow these steps.
