Desktop app latest update
Get the latest version of the desktop app.
If you're signed in to Workshare, your download will start automatically. If you're not signed in, you'll be asked to sign in before your download starts.
If the buttons aren't working, follow the steps at the bottom of this article.
Installation instructions
Windows
You will have downloaded Workshare.Desktop.Setup.exe. Double-click it and click Install.
If you see the Modify Setup dialog when you when you double-click the .exe, you're already using the latest version of the desktop app. Close the window - you don't need to do anything further.

Mac
You will have downloaded Workshare.dmg. Double-click it. A new Finder window will be displayed. In the Finder window, drag Workshare into Applications. In Applications, double-click Workshare and follow the installation wizard.

Buttons not working? Follow these steps to download the latest version of the Workshare desktop app
Windows
- Log in to my.workshare.com.
- Click your name and select Download Center.
- Under Don't see what you're looking for? click See what's available.
- Next to Workshare Connect Desktop 9, click Download for Windows.
Mac
- Log in to my.workshare.com.
- Click your name and select Download Center.
- Click Download for Mac.
