New features in the Workshare Support Portal
The Workshare Support Portal is now your one-stop shop to manage your subscriptions, including adding seats, renewing and more.
We’ve recently improved the Workshare Support Portal so administrators can manage their subscriptions in one easy place. If you’re an administrator, you can use the Support Portal to:
- See your Workshare subscriptions
- Download an invoice
- Pay an invoice
- Add seats to an existing subscription
- Renew a subscription
- Manage auto-renewals
- Update payment methods
- Update billing details
If you’re a Standard User, the Support Portal is still the place to go to log a case with Workshare Support.
