What's auto-grouping?
Auto-grouping is a process to ensure that people using the same email domain are grouped together into a single account.
When a Workshare online account is created, an email domain is required (e.g. yourcompany.com). Once this is set up, anyone using Workshare with this email domain is automatically brought into the account. This applies to existing users and new joiners, ensuring all company users are automatically brought under the control of the account administrator.
Only people using the registered email domain can become users on an account and be controlled by the administrator. People using alternative email domains can be invited as guests to an account to share and collaborate on content.
Guests can do everything a user can, subject to the permissions set on the account. But they are not controlled by the administrator. They can, of course, be restricted from accessing the account at any time.
